Return and Exchange

As per our policy we do not offer returns on products purchased through our website. All the sales are final.

In exceptional circumstances of any manufacturing defects or wrong item shipped than ordered or has a genuine quality fault then we are open to offering the full refund or giving a chance to remake the piece for you. This is at the discretion of HARAGO customer service team. Please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving the shipment to discuss your issues, if any.

Exchanges:

One of a kind items are not exchanged or returned or refunded for.

To exchange any collection item the product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging with all the tags intact and the printed receipts. International customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us as well as for shipping the exchanged item to their desired address.

Refunds:

All refunds are done in the form of store credits only. The validity of those credit points is two years from the day of your original order placed date.
