We are not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit. Ensure to provide the correct email during checkout to receive transit and delivery confirmations.

Being a responsible craft based brand we are more than happy to offer free repair services for any item bought directly from us. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to and back from us.

No we don’t cover any duties / customs charges or taxes that the international shipments may be subjected to. This is entirely at the customer’s expense.
